“Building the Pipeline” Diversity Recruiting

“Building the Pipeline” Diversity Recruiting Strategy is a 12-month effort to increase the diversity of Cadet Candidates, the United States Corps of Cadets (USCC), the West Point Garrison and United States Military Academy (USMA) Staff and Faculty, and local leaders of the Association of Graduates (AOG) through West Point Societies.

“Accelerate Networking Program”

Do More Together facilitates and hosts in-person and online networking events designed to improve access to professional and educational opportunities. DMT also encourages graduates to join their local alumni societies, sign up for SallyPort, connect with other grads through local and regional social events, and to engage with class and Academy activities on annual basis.

Army/Navy Give Back

Each year, Do More Together members, supporters, and Cadets, gather at schools in the Army/Navy host city for the Army/Navy Give Back mentorship event.

Our goal is to give back to the local youth in order to share motivation for going to college, factors to consider when choosing an academy, reflections on the importance of the Army/Navy Game, and inspiration to continue to do well in school and beyond! Since 2018, we have partnered with the Naval Academy Minority Association on this annual event.

THIS is our favorite time of year - we get to see one another and make an impact for years to come!

“Grip Hands” Mentor Program

We invest in Cadet, officer, and former officer development through group and individual mentorship, both on campus and across the country.

We also believe that service to our country does not end with our active duty commitment. Therefore, we continue to invest in our local communities through volunteerism, mentorship, and a lifetime of selfless service.

“Impact Investing”

Do More Together forms a non-profit global network of United States Military Academy graduates and supporters from all backgrounds that engages, mobilizes, and empowers Black/African-American graduates and cadets. We endeavor to serve the community, our country, and all USMA graduates.

Together, we can make lasting and sustainable change in the lives of many people.

The Annual Summit is the premiere virtual conference turning our activism, our passions, and our expertise into action in the communities that we care about.

We come together to share and celebrate the unique perspectives of and topics that matter to the Black & African American graduate community.
