We believe that diversity and inclusion are critical to the success of any organization, therefore, the Cadets, staff, and faculty of the United States Military Academy should be representative of the society it serves.

DMT works to increase the number and diversity of underrepresented staff, faculty, and Cadets. We achieve these goals by investing in and volunteering with Minority Admissions Recruiting Initiatives, donating to Minority Retention Initiatives, and connecting graduates to opportunities to come back to the Academy as staff and faculty as they progress in their Active Duty careers.
