We invest in Cadet, officer, and former officer development through group and individual mentorship, both on campus and across the country.

We also believe that service to our country does not end with our active duty commitment. Therefore, we continue to invest in our local communities through volunteerism, mentorship, and a lifetime of selfless service.

Phase I: Cadet Mentorship

Phase I is underway now with the development of training objectives and creation of the mentor network. Our goal is to have 200 volunteers trained and ready to mentor Cadets by 2 November 2020. As of 1 October 2020 we are at 83 mentors. Sign up now to become a part of this first cohort - those who sing up by 8 October will be a free GRIP HANDS t-shirt!
