The purpose of this conference is provide a venue for sharing and celebrating the unique perspectives and topics that matter to our community. We will host the nation's leading service academy African-American alumni organization, featuring military, business, and community leaders. This access and connection to a variety of discussions and opportunities will help you elevate, share, and celebrate topics that matter to you and impact our communities.
The goal of the 2020 dmT Virtual Summit is to provide each participant with the resources and tools needed to be better leaders. We will:
Engage attendees through sharing the stories of our legacy and providing a safe space for learning and healing
Mobilize members and allies to reach back, give back, invest in, connect to USMA and AOG
Empower attendees by exposing them to a variety of career opportunities, skills, and military and civilian networking opportunities
